Who We Are
Catering Co began in 2018 in the foothills of Mt Somers, founded by restaurant owner Maddy Brown with a passion for bringing people together through good food. What started as small-group catering soon grew into something much bigger - especially during Covid, when we introduced ready-made meals to support the local community in a time of real need.
Since then, Catering Co has evolved into a trusted name across Canterbury. We’ve catered everything from workplace events and private dining experiences to weddings, birthdays and milestone celebrations for local businesses. No matter the occasion, our focus remains the same: fresh, thoughtful food that creates connection and turns moments into memories.
